The cabernet from our dry-grown, organic and biodynamic vineyard was aged in a combination of clay amphora and French oak for 14 months, contributing the wild and plush texture that the fruit already brought in to the mix. This is an elegant and structured cabernet, that although drinking very well now, will be a long-term cellaring proposition should you wish it to be.
Ripe raspberry, cassis, pomegranate, fresh leather strapping, star anise, black pepper, graphite, Intense and dark, almost brooding, with blackberry, spice, and all things midnight. This is earthy and intense, with an appealing purity on the palate. Attractive, rich, structured, firm, spicy.
